I bought matcha soy milk bread, banana cake made with meringue, and red bean paste roll. The matcha soy milk bread was chewy and had a slight taste of matcha and salt. I think the ingredients and seasoning are healthy, and it looks beautiful, so I recommend it! I expected the banana cake to be sweet from its appearance, but it wasn't too sweet and had a delicious rum taste. The customer service is kind and polite, and the bread is so delicious that I'm sure you'll want to line up to buy it at this bakery.
