Best croissants I had during my stay in Japan.

This is a very delicious bakery run by a husband and wife who always welcome you with a smile. Sweet breads and Danish breads have a fluffy, crunchy, and gentle taste with just the right amount of sweetness, sandwiches and other side dish breads have a hearty taste that both children and adults will get addicted to, and French breads and white breads have a crunchy, slightly wheat flavor that you can't resist. I eat a lot. There are different types of bread for each day of the week, so you'll never get tired of it no matter how many years pass. Before I knew it, someone in my family wanted to eat it again, so I started buying it every week. In the morning, you can find freshly baked food, and there is a wide variety of food, which is delicious. I feel happy!

Today I went to Takasugi, which is 17km away from my home in Katsushika Ward, for some training on my bike! At first, I went there for the 2-star cream bread. Nowadays, I am a fan of the shop owner who is particular about not only the taste, but also the cost of raw materials, which continues to increase! The sweet bread type is fluffy. Baguette and bread types each have distinct textures.
