I'm far from home, but I was curious about Tenshi no Komugi, which had just opened, so I decided to go there. The exterior of the store and the inside of the store are based on white, giving it a clean feel, and the interior is spacious so you can relax and choose your bread. The sweet and salted butter rolls had a nice wheat aroma and were all delicious. Personally, I especially liked the salted bean mochi anpan and premium melon bread, which had a harmony of taste and texture that you wouldn't find at other stores. Since my wife prefers additive-free foods, she is also very happy that the dough is made from 100% Hokkaido wheat, and there are no synthetic additives such as yeast food, emulsifiers, or bread improving agents. Of course, compared to bread that uses additives, I think the taste tends to deteriorate over time. However, since the need for safe and secure food is increasing, I thought it would be good to appeal more to people who are sensitive to such things (*^^*) I haven't eaten Gokujo Yoguru yet, but it's in the fridge, but I'm looking forward to seeing how it tastes ☆彡. *The location is a little difficult to find, but there are two parking lots.

I went on the opening day and after! There aren't any cafes or bakeries in that area, so I'm happy to have a bakery with eat-in options. On the opening day, there was a long line and the bread was often out of stock, but when I went there the other day it was calm and there was a wide variety of bread. The eat-in seats were empty as the neighbors didn't seem to know that they could use the cafe♪This eat-in seat seems to be a hidden gem♪ For bread, we had panini, yogurt, and coffee at the audience seats. It was delicious♪ The various types of bread I bought as souvenirs from home were all soft and soft enough for even the elderly to eat. The prices are much more reasonable than other bakeries in Tokyo. I thought it was a bakery that could be used daily. Since there are no additives, you can safely feed it to your children. There are two children's chairs in the seating area, and the store is spacious, so it's easy to fit in a stroller, so I think it's a child-friendly store. I plan to stop by again when I'm nearby.

I was surprised to find white peach fruit in the white peach cream! ️ Delicious wheat with less ingredients in the bread dough The melon bread also has a nice shape. I get the feeling that a lot of work has been done on it. It's a new store so it's clean. The surrounding area is a dirty place with a Showa era atmosphere, so it feels like a different space. There is also a cafe attached.
