This bakery can be found heading east from Shimurasakagami Station. I was asked to buy it while we had a face-to-face conversation, but I ended up putting it away without buying it! That's what I thought of: Uguisu Anpan. In fact, they aren't stocked in many bakeries these days. If you think about it calmly, and look at all kinds of Japanese sweets, you won't find that Japanese warbler is used very often. In other words, I think one of the shops came up with this anko while Anpan and cream bread were being created. Even now, sweet potato bean paste, pumpkin bean paste, and purple sweet potato bean paste are being created one after another. However, I've been seeing Japanese warbler anpan for a long time, but it hasn't increased in number. That's why I'm curious. Also, what kind of Japanese warbler anpan is delicious? Even if you ask me, I can't answer. Cream bread is popular here! So, I bought cream bread, yangnyeom chicken bread, the latest squishy strawberry cream, and the latest salted bean German. Cream bread is normal. What was a little disappointing was that although the custard cream and the batter were good, the thickness of the batter was not even. The one I bought is thin on the top and left side, and thick on the bottom and right side. They said they opened a shop this year, so I wonder if they'll be doing it in the future. Yangnyeom chicken bun is chicken and lettuce. I wish there was a little more effort, like putting a thin layer of mayonnaise on it. Salted bean German has a great texture, aroma, and taste! I thought. I heard that it was recently added, but it seems to be very complete. I think the bakery will continue to grow. I would like to visit and see it from time to time.

When I visited for the first time on Friday afternoon, there was still plenty of bread available. All of them looked delicious so I decided to buy ``white bread'', ``tsubuan bread'', and ``potato bread''. The bread dough was soft and sweet, and it was very delicious. The Tsubu Anpan and the Sweet Potato Bun had thin skins with a surprising amount of red bean paste in them, and I was impressed by their deliciousness. There were a lot of side dishes such as breads and sandwiches, and they looked very delicious, so I thought I'd like to buy those next time. It must be a popular store because customers keep coming to the store. Apparently it will close once it's sold out, so I'll try to get there early to get my hands on it.

The side dish bread is a winner. All delicious. There are many variations. The bread itself had a strong wheat flavor and was fluffy. Are you good at fluffy things? In any case, I think it will become a representative bakery in Itabashi!
