This store used to have a mysterious selling method (when there was an eat-in corner), where bread from other stores was placed in the same section and paid for together (I think there were many people who didn't notice), so it was not very trustworthy. I had been away from going there since they were gone, but when I visited the other day for the first time in a while, they seemed to have stopped selling them that way, and all the bread they were selling was Maison Kayser bread. I was so happy that I bought a lot of them (lol). However, the difference is that all the breads are individually packaged. Is this due to hygiene considerations or is it related to the fact that the bread is manufactured at the Sunshine store (I learned about it from reviews here)? I don't know.

Purchased a croissant. I froze it and rebaked it. It was crispy and delicious★ It feels quite light and has a slightly sweet taste. The price is around 200 yen, so it might be easy to buy. Thank you for the meal!

Croissants, croissants au zamande (almonds), pain au chocolat, lemon pie, pain au raisins (raisins), etc. are all hard to choose, and I always end up buying more than I planned. The "fermented butter", which is also the shop's selling point, is kneaded in extravagantly, and it is finished with a wonderful taste. No matter what time of day you visit, the atmosphere is always lively and full of fun. It is located on the first basement floor of a department store, so you can compare the breads from other shops, making shopping even more fun. It's just a matter of taste, but black coffee (Guatemalan) goes well with Maison Kaiser's bread.
