Our go-to neighborhood bakery. Although a bit pricier than other bakeries nearby, it’s worth it for the quality – crunchy baguettes, flaky croissants, and lots of sweet & savory options. We also love how they have mini-sized pastries perfect for our lil’ one.

A highlight of the Gakudai area shopping area! As far as their sliced bread, it's tasty but not really remarkable. They shine with their other options. One of the best bakeries in this part of the city that balances savory and sweet on their menu. Savory style breads include things like pizza toast, sausage and sauerkraut bun, and bacon cheese braid. Sweets include fruit tarts, cheese danishes, and my recommendation: the sage honey stick is my personal favorite item they sell. They have a few soups and a number of hot and cold beverages. Their potato chowder is a favorite soup option.
