What a gem in middle of Yanesen !!! I traveled to Japan in January and have a chance to taste the super organic bread at this store. It is so tasty and delicious. One bite can leave your mouth watering. The bread is made with all special organic ingredients, some of which come from America. I'm American and I'm amazed by such quality of bread. Not only it is soft in texture but also flavorful. I have chronic allergy and sensitive but this bread win them all compare to the one I eat in America. Great for people who are sensitive to inorganic flours. I love it so much so i bring back two loaves of citrus bread to California. Yanesen is a place of beautiful small shops and this is a wonderful bakery!!! THUMB UP:)

I found this place recently, and it perfectly suits my tastes! Whole grains, not sweet, you can really taste the ingredients and appreciate the textures. There’s something very rustic and hand-made about the cookies, scones, breads, etc. The baker makes different things each day, and I appreciate her creativity. So far my favorites have been the coconut cookies, chocolate cookies, apple pie, and ginger bread cookies. The baker is also very kind and friendly. Seems like this is a labor of love.

Handmade feeling breads and flavors you don't see elsewhere too much. Loafs at easily cuttable sizes. I had a nice blueberry scone, very delicately sweetened.
