There are many famous bakeries around Tokyo Station, but when it comes to anpan in Tokyo, it's Mame Ichimame! The famous "Tokyo Brick Bread" is a luxurious product with two layers of dough: strained red bean paste, red bean paste, and special whipped cream with white bean paste. The visual motif is the red bricks of the Tokyo Station Marunouchi station building. Personally, I think the taste is on par with Shimoda's milk anpan.

Tokyo brick bread is a rare anpan with a two-layered structure of red bean paste, original whipped cream with white bean paste, and adzuki beans in the surrounding dough. The red kneaded bean paste is not too sweet, and the white bean paste whipped cream is sweet, making for an exquisite combination. You might think it's going to be heavy, but it's light on the palate and you can eat it with pelori 😋  It's only available at Tokyo Station, so it's sure to make a great souvenir.
