Very crispy kougnane. The pastry skin is with layers, which makes it super crispy. The skin has leaves, so one bite can easily has it separated from the whole pastry without making the whole puff turned into pieces. The matcha cream is not strong, but not too sweet and also for the pastry puff.

Crispy twirled pastry filled with cream. They only have to types, with or without chocolate, but there is always a queue of locals waiting to buy one. We tried: both are really tasty and quite light. Worth a stop if you are in the area.
