Some of the best croissants I have had in Japan so far and a very nice staff

Visited in the afternoon on a weekday in October. It's a cute store with a small frontage, so if you're careless, you might miss it. It's so small that even three people could get stuck inside, but the L-shaped showcases are cleverly used to create a place for people to escape, so there's no inconvenience in getting in and out. I think all small stores should imitate this layout. There was one customer in front of me when I visited, but I was able to finish my shopping quickly and was able to take my time to look around the store. I bought focaccia and a hot dog. The focaccia itself has a light taste and is moist and chewy. This has a moist texture that cannot be experienced with factory-produced focaccia, so focaccia lovers should definitely give it a try. The sweetness of the sun-dried tomatoes, the saltiness of the cheese, and the flavor of the olives are a perfect match, and it's even more filling than it looks. It's delicious even when it's cold. It's like adding toppings to make the bread itself delicious. Speaking of greed, the sun-dried tomatoes were delicious, so I'm happy to see another one on the list. The hot dog is the shop's original product called Papa Papa Dog. A hearty thick sausage is sandwiched between a small square bread filled with sesame seeds, and despite its small appearance, it is quite filling. The bread was more moist and chewy than I expected, and I was surprised at how moist it could be called juicy. This is all I want to eat next time. Combined with the aroma of sesame seeds, the bread dough feels slightly sweet. I'm a little concerned about the saltiness of the sausage, but it's within my taste. The grain mustard that comes with it is good. The purple one looks like purple cabbage, but it only has a faint cabbage-like taste, so don't be afraid to try it. Personally, I think it would also be delicious with scrambled eggs to soften the saltiness of the sausage. I have attached a photo, but the best thing is to have a message written on the receipt. I want to give you 100 points. Another high point is that the product name is written properly. By the time I write a review like this, I don't remember the product name, so I'm very grateful that you've written it down properly because it makes it easier to look back on it. I'm a little concerned about the high price since it's handmade bread, but even with that in mind, I appreciate the thoughtfulness of the receipt, the nice message, and the fact that the focaccia is wrapped in a paper bag (other people have posted photos). There are many small cake-like breads lined up in the store. (When you actually eat it, it's more filling than it looks.) The inside of the store is clean, and the sophisticated interior design provides a perfect balance between the everyday and the extraordinary. It's stylish, but not too fashionable, and has the feel of a local bakery, but it's still too stylish to be called just an everyday place. This ``a little special'' bread and baked goods shop is sure to be your favorite, and will brighten your mood. As a side note, the official website is also full of love for the store and is interesting, so if you are interested, please check it out. I have never seen a bakery that is so good at creating a unified image, whether it's a physical store or an official website.

I'm curious about the name. investigate. I know the place. Sometimes I look in, good night. I'll take a look again...I'm doing it! Inside the store, bread is lined up in an L-shaped show window. As you enter, you'll find baked goods on your left, and as soon as you enter, you'll find refrigerated sweets and sandwiches lined up under the cash register. It's barely big enough for two people. A good shop attracts good customers, and they negotiate with each other to decide which one to buy. Here are some recommendations. ・Croissant ・Pain au chocolat When I bought and ate it for the first time, I cried out. picture? Is it this delicious? I was hooked. The scent of butter and the texture of the dough are so delicious that I can't stand it. Personally, I'm a little worried about this quality and this price. I will continue to buy this product, so I would like the store staff to reassure me... ・Kouign Amann I often eat it when I'm feeling down, and it's so delicious that I think, ``Can anyone think of dark things while eating this?'' It's juicy in the center and crispy around the edges.I want to see the process of making it. It's really delicious. ・Focaccia (Romana) Focaccia sprinkled with rosemary. I often have it with Campbell's clam chowder or stew. It's simple, but it has a timeless taste that you can eat forever. It's chewy and moist. ・Screw screw As the name suggests, this bread is made of crispy dough twisted together with chocolate. The type that disappears before you know it. This kind of naming is also irresistible. Seasonal fruit danishes and galette des rois are also available for anniversaries and New Year's holidays. They also have fresh sweets such as chocolate terrine and pudding, so I'm aiming for them. The customer service of the store staff is also very nice, as is their sense of distance and politeness. I always give sweets from this shop as gifts to my friends, and they are always very popular. I am very grateful to you for enriching my life and the time of my friends and loved ones.
