Shibuya City, Tokyo, Japan｜Tarui Bakery

A very cute little bakery in a cute area of Tokyo near the Sensoji Temple. The workers here were lovely and very welcoming as we took our time deciding between all the fabulous looking treats on offer. Ended up with a very good baguette sandwich and a mango cream puff pastry. 10/10 recommend!

Incredible fresh-baked and delicious Levain (and other) breads here. I wish I could have eaten everything. The adzuki and butter in a mini levain baguette pretty much triggered a satori experience. A genius combination. The egg sandwich and wholewheat scone were also exquisite. Staff was lovely. A great find in a favourite neighborhood. Can’t wait to come back for more Tarui baked goodies!
