This place has really good bread. They have all you can eat bread for about 1000 yen. It comes with a egg and some salad. It's pretty popular so you should call ahead and make a reservation. I recommend this place. There are no English menus but it's easy to understand because you can look at the bread and decide if you want to eat it.
