Takatsuki, Osaka, Japan｜丹青

Mentai French, cream bread, cinnamon roll, croissant (the one with banana in it...I forgot the name) All of them are absolutely delicious. I didn't really want to go because there was always a line, but once I tried it, I started wanting to eat there even if I had to wait in line next time. The cream bread custard is not too sweet and you can feel the rich flavor of the eggs. The scent and taste of cinnamon is like nothing you've ever experienced before. Mentai France's French bread was the best, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

I was able to go after it opened. Arrived an hour and a half early and was first. About an hour before, the number of people lining up increases one after another. The parasols are printed on paper, and they carefully teach you how to buy and line up. The deliciousness has not changed since the root, and the bread itself is even more delicious. There is no parking lot, so there are several parking lots on the nearby main street, but there are also cheaper parking spots on the side streets around Green Plaza, which is two signals away, and two signals in front of the Hankyu Line.

I went on the second day of the pre-opening. At the Route 271 store, we lined up every day before the store opened, and based on information from people who went on the first day of pre-opening, we lined up two hours before opening. The number of people started to increase after 8 o'clock, and a large number of people were lined up before the store opened. While we were waiting in line, the staff came out many times and provided friendly and courteous service and explanations. The customer service at the store was also very pleasant. There were some familiar breads from Mr. Root and some new types of breads. All of them were really delicious, and I realized once again that it was worth lining up for them. There were some people who wrote various things in the reviews, but the bread is really wonderful and I think the staff's response is good. As for waiting in line, when it was originally in Umeda, there were lines every day, and I think it can't be helped since it's a famous store that's been broadcast on TV. It's even more so now that we only have the Takatsuki store, and I think many people have been waiting for it to open. I love this bread, so I'll keep lining up to buy it. It's a really great bakery, so I'm giving it a high rating.
