Full of delicious homemade bread. The people at the store are also kind.

The bread dough is slightly salty and moist, and even though it is thin, it has a sense of mass. The bread has a gentle taste and is easy to eat, without the harsh taste of butter or margarine. The sandwiches are reasonably priced at around 200 to 300 yen. The Danish European-style sandwich for 324 yen was especially delicious. The texture of the Danish pastry and vegetables was fun, and the seasoning brought out the flavor of the ham without overpowering it, making it an exquisite sandwich that felt like a masterpiece. I bought castella bread, chikuwa bread, burdock salad bread, and gold bread! Everything is moist and soft (^^) Gold bread has a high water content, so it's easy to eat as is, or when baked, it's crispy and delicious either way. ☆ What's a little unusual is that the upper part of the ear is glossy and moist (maybe it's coated with egg before baking?). It had a smooth texture when eaten as is. Mom's handmade rice balls! Not my mom's homemade bread! It's a homely and warm shop (*^^*)
