I drove 40 minutes for this. Its incredibly oishii. I arrived just as they opened so I could pick from the freshest bread. The staff speaks English and are super friendly. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

My favorite bakery in Hiratsuka. There are many genres and types, from hard food to sandwiches and viennoiserie. I'm glad that my husband, who is making bread in the kitchen, always says ``Welcome'' and ``Thank you!'' even while he's working. This may seem obvious, but there are very few shops like this.
