More Comments at Google MapSagamihara Bread Tour There is a bakery tanpopo near cafe arbre. Parking is available in front of and next to the store. A wide variety of authentic breads. Purchase Ogura White and French Toast. Ogura White is a collaboration of tsubuan and whipped cream! It came in soft white bread and I thought it was definitely delicious. It seems that this bread is also popular, so I would like to purchase it next time.
I feel that this is one of the locally popular bakeries located near the old Shiroyama-cho area in Midori-ku, Sagamihara City. I learned about the street corner bakery Tanpopo after my sister, who works as a local teacher, told me that it was delicious. My younger sister, who like me has a wide strike zone when it comes to deliciousness, has a different taste in food, so I'm only half-listening to what she's saying, but from what I've heard from her parents, it's delicious. If that's the case, you'll have to go and check it out. I went there while accompanying my mother shopping. We confirmed that there is a parking lot for one car at the back of the store. My aunt, who was also shopping with me, parked there, and the three of us went into the store. Whether you look at it from the outside or go inside, the impression of a small store is the same, and rather than a cute store, it's more like a street corner where students on their way home from club activities are buzzing around near their school, saying, "Auntie, give me this!" It felt like a small-scale bakery that blended in with the rest of the world, in my opinion. It takes a lot of effort for even 3 people to walk through the store, so if there are 5 people inside, it's so big that you have to be careful not to bump into the bread when walking. On the left hand side of the entrance, there were about 15 kinds of breads with croquettes and white fish in them, and on the right hand side there were probably about 20 kinds of breads, including baguettes, Noiresin, German breads, curry breads, French toast, pizza breads, and twisted donuts. At the back of the store, there were about 10 types of sweets such as rusks and pretzels, each lined up in reasonable quantities. I took a tray of bread with baguette, noaresin, and croquettes, and when my mother asked me to pay the bill, an elderly woman who was probably from the bakery behind the glass came over and took the bill. When my mother, who loves to talk, said that she had heard from her daughter that the food was delicious, the woman happily replied, "Thank you." I recommend the baguette. That's what he told me. I love communication. As I left the store, three men who looked like transporters came in, looking casual, so I had a feeling that it must be a popular local store known only to those in the know. When I got home, I sandwiched the baguette with lettuce, tomato, and cucumber, and tore up the Noaresand and ate it. My impressions are that the raisin-filled Noaresin has a distinct sweetness from the raisins, and the texture of the walnuts is a nice accent. However, personally, I prefer the Palme d'Or Noiresin because of its hard texture on the outside, soft texture on the inside, and depth of flavor that spreads as you chew. As for the baguette, I found it to be delicious with its crunchy texture on the outside, elasticity, and softness on the inside. It was fun to chew, and I felt that it was easy to mix with the ingredients without fighting with the vegetables. There is a difference between Baguette and Batard, but if you were to compare them to the Palme d'Or Batard, I felt like I would want to buy both of them alternately. There is also Panpati, a bakery in the area that has long lines, but if you don't feel like letting your kids play on the slide or drinking coffee on the terrace, you can take takeout from this shop and eat together. I think it's a store like that. I want to eat bread that shows that it's made with love, and I want my children to eat it too.
If you like bread that is not fluffy or chewy, but has the flavor of barley, this is the place to go. Sweet breads like milk cream, short grissini and rusks are also delicious.
