HARE/PAN Fujisawa store finally opened on Monday, May 12, 2020 amidst the coronavirus pandemic. Immediately after opening, it becomes very popular, so if you have not made a reservation, it may be difficult to purchase. I visited on the first day it opened, but reservations could only be made after May 19, 2020. (Reservations are accepted by phone starting at 9 a.m., but on the first day of opening, the phone will not be answered until around 11:20.) However, when I talked to the staff at the store, it seems that there are some items that can be purchased on the same day around 8 pm, so don't give up and ask the staff. Although the store has just opened and is very busy, the staff are very kind and courteous. It looks like there will be room for 6 to 7 cars in the parking lot in front of the store (please refer to the attached photo). By the way, the most important part is the bread, which costs 800 yen for one loaf (2 loaves). When eaten raw, it has a very sweet, fluffy texture and aroma. (*The photo attached is of French toast. It's delicious even if you don't make it into French toast!!) Some people may get angry when I say this, but personally I think Nogami is a good match. Since this store is located in this location in Fujisawa, I would like to come back to buy more items in the future!!

This time, I made a reservation over the phone and purchased 1.5 loaves of premium Danish bread for 1,280 yen and 1.5 loaves of premium chocolate Danish for 1,480 yen. The store was a little crowded on a Sunday afternoon, but I was able to shop smoothly.

When I was taking a walk in front of the shop, a new bakery opened and I was looking through the glass. Said. Buy one! It's delicious when you tear it off and eat it! I was told that, so I teared it up with my hands and ate it, and the whole family enjoyed it! It looks like it will be gone in no time... 800 yen is a little expensive, but it's worth it!
