I think this store is a Western confectionery store and mainly sells cakes, but they also have a wide variety of sweet breads and white breads. Sometimes I buy a cake to take home, but I also often buy high-end bread. I often buy premium bread to take home, but this bread is really delicious!! As you can see in the photo, it is kneaded with honey, giving it a slightly sweet and fluffy texture. If you bake it at home and lightly butter it, it will melt in your mouth 😅 I am addicted to it and buy it often, but since this bread is baked and delivered at another store in Ashi, it seems that only two (4 loaves) are received per day. If you want it for sure, make a reservation early the day before. In addition, the cake is especially delicious.

Bread, cakes and sweets are all satisfying. It's a little pricey, but it makes a great gift.
