Bread is something that attracts not only Yokohama citizens but also many people. From basic breads such as white bread and French bread, to colorful cooked breads with lots of fillings, sweet pastries that children will enjoy, and even sweets such as rusks made from bread, bread has become a staple food for people all over the world. I'm sure. The world of bread is both deep and familiar, but I've discovered a bakery in a residential area of Yokohama that is loved by the locals, so I'd like to introduce it to you. The shop is ``Yoshida Bakery'' in Serigaya, Konan Ward. I visited the store on this day before it opened, and it was so popular that there was already a line. Entry to the store is limited to one group at a time, and a replacement system is required. As for the bread, you can order bread from the showcase and have the staff bring it to you, so you don't have to worry about it. Bread is baked at 5pm on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, but it's a very popular item, so we recommend making reservations by phone. A system where reservations can be made over the phone from 12:00 to 13:00 on the same day, and payment can be received between 17:00 and 19:00 on the same day. I love all of the breads made by Yoshida Bakery, but let's pick out some of my favorites. "Cheese Dog" (296 yen: 320 yen including tax) As the name suggests, the cheese dog contains a large sausage. The main character is the sausage, which is made with plenty of herbs and has a meaty texture when you eat it, making it a highly satisfying bread that is perfect for a meal. "Cream bread" (167 yen: 180 yen including tax) The cream bread is smooth with an eggy taste and is filled with plenty of firm cream. It's like a smooth pudding wrapped in bread, and it's a very delicious bread. “Pain au Chocolat” (213 yen: 230 yen including tax) Pain au chocolat is a croissant wrapped in chocolate that has a strong cocoa aroma. The crispness of the carefully layered croissant dough and the aroma of butter are a must-try. "Seafood Focaccia" (306 yen: 330 yen including tax) Meal bread topped with large shrimp and squid. The plump bread dough is filled with the delicious flavor of seafood. “Grilled cheese curry bread (spicy)” (185 yen: 200 yen including tax) Even though it has plenty of curry and cheese on top, it is the best value for money. Not only the bread itself, but also the curry inside is a delicious curry that you can taste the ingredients and know that it was made with care. ◆◇◆Postscript◆◇◆ This "Yoshida Bakery" is about halfway between Higashitotsuka Station and Kaminagatani Station. It's a very small bakery that can only be reached by bus. I've been to this place several times before, and it's a popular restaurant with long lines. Even today, the aroma of roasting wheat wafts in front of the store, attracting people walking by. Try it!

Purchased a butterham sandwich for lunch. The ham is thick and feels heavy when you hold it. The bread is solid and takes a long time to eat, but it's very delicious. You might be able to get just one of these for lunch. Moreover, I can't say enough about the cost performance!

A bakery like a boutique. All the breads are made with passion and are displayed like jewels. Although the store is small and only one group can fit in at a time, it has a luxurious feel to it. However, the bread itself is very reasonable and cost-effective. My wife, who loves bread, saw the walnut & raisin bread and said, ``It's about twice the price in front of Yokohama Station.''
