I mainly buy croissants, baguettes, and square foods. Deli breads are also popular, but I prefer the above. We will be preparing chak throughout November. It's sturdy and you can enjoy it until the end of the year if you store it in a cool, dark place (well, in Japan, it's common sense to store it in the refrigerator).
