Hayama, Kanagawa, Japan｜Blé Doré

Had a great special breakfast in Ble Dore bakery shop in Hayama. They do a 60min “all you can eat” where they keep filling up your bread basket with wonderful fresh out of the oven treats. Regular bread, sweet and savory too. Their items were so delicious. One of the best croissants I’ve ever had in my life. This experience seems to be daily and we went in a saturday, arrived there at 0930am, put our name on the list (they dont take phone reservations) and waited for about 30min to get a table. I totally recommend it.

No bakery can beat here... freshly baked bread will take you to the heaven like literally to heaven!!!! You get to choose either sale or soup of the day, which is different each days. And those salad and soup are always seasonal special as well as bread. Usually weekend is very crowded and you may wait 1 hour or so since the buffet limit time is 90 min for each groups. But always worth waiting.

Long wait for the all-you-can-eat pastry-fest but worth it!
