The shop is run by the owner, who is somewhat hard of hearing. It has a stylish retro interior with an eat-in space that can seat around 5 people. Since it's a bakery and cafe, they also have coffee and other drinks. Purchased Basil Frank (300) and Pumpkin Anpan (200). Pumpkin Anpan has a Japanese-style flavor with an anpan that resembles boiled pumpkin. rare. Basil Frank's basil sausages are very delicious! The Danish bread that wraps it is also delicious!! It was a waste to chew them all together, so I separated them and ate them. Very satisfied. Regarding payment, you can use cash, credit card (JCB may not be accepted), and electronic money such as transportation, Rakuten Edy, and ID. Actually, you can use QR code payment, but according to the store owner, it is not recommended due to the management of the store. It may be a good idea to pay with cash, credit card, or electronic money as much as possible to help the store owner. Depending on the time of day (particularly on weekday afternoons), there may be very few products available, perhaps because I am a one-person operation. They post on Instagram which breads will be available at which times of the day, so we recommend checking it out before visiting. There are probably more products available in the evening and at night than during the day. 2023/4 Visited again after a long time. It's rare that they're open on Mondays, which I'm thankful for. I couldn't find the bread I had bought before this time, so I bought 4 new ones. All of the breads were very tasty and had a wonderful texture, but the one that particularly left an impression on me was the Shine Muscat scone (top right photo). Personally, I don't like scones because they taste bad and dry no matter what bakery I eat them at, but I was surprised at how delicious the Shine Muscat scones I bought here were. It has muscat bean paste on it and has a strong aroma when you put it in your mouth. However, the taste of the dough left an impression on me.

I bought bacon and egg toast to take home. It was very delicious. The scones seem to be popular so I would like to visit again.

A bakery that is unusually open at night. It seems that the reason why there is not much bread for lunch is because the bread is still being baked. It's open from around 11:00 to around 8:00 or 9:00 p.m., so it comes in handy if you forget to buy tomorrow's bread. It is announced on the blackboard in front of the store. On Saturdays and Sundays, you can decide when to go by checking the announcements posted on Facebook. It seems like the shop is run by one person, so the selection is sometimes limited, but there are different types of bread depending on the time of the day, so it's exciting to see what's on offer. Hotel bread, curry bread, baguette, etc. are all delicious.
