This is an outlet bakery in Saint-Germain. It seems to be open every day of the year, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, except for the first three days of the New Year. There is a Saint-Germain factory next door where you can buy outlet products at low prices. I visited around 11 o'clock on a public holiday. There were about 7 to 8 people in line, but the rotation was good and the wait wasn't that long. On this day, the selection was poor, but it seems to change depending on the time of day and day. Bread is always supplied, but there may be times when we don't have the bread you want. The bread looked and tasted just as good, and just because it was an outlet store didn't mean it looked bad or tasted bad. The bread in the photo cost about 1500 yen.
