More Comments at Google MapIt's such cute shop! But even though it is quaint, there were a lot of pastries to choose from (although when we visited, there were only a few left). I love the fried curry bun. It was still warm even after walking back home. I'll visit again when I come back here in Japan.
Amazing bakery run by a wonderful family, absolutely worth visiting. 🤤🤤🤤
[Curry bread is super delicious! I was a little impressed! ☆A small family-run bakery in town] Shimosaku Nobe, Takatsu Ward, Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture. This is a small, family-run bakery in town. Opened in 2014. The nearest station is Kajigaya Station on the Tokyu Denentoshi Line. Curry bread is super delicious! (๑❛ڡ❛๑) Wow!! The store's name, Mille Merci, means "a thousand thanks" in French. The store is located in a cute little pink hut in the garden of your home. It is a family business run by a husband and wife φ(..) Looking at the website, the yeast used is Ako Yeast, a naturally cultured yeast made from wheat flour, rice, and koji. The flour we use for all our breads is domestic wheat and several types of foreign barley, the salt we use is shimamasu, and the sugar we use is raw sugar from Tanegashima. The oils and fats they use are Taihaku sesame oil (freshly squeezed, unscented), butter, and olive oil, and they do not use any margarine or shortening that contains trans fatty acids._〆(゚▽゚*) ◆Today's order◆ Curry bread 250 yen Croissant 250 yen Mille Merci's most popular product, curry bread, is a homemade keema curry made with pineapple and beans, using more than 10 types of spices. It is a masterpiece wrapped in dough that is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. This is insanely delicious ( ゚Д゚) Yummy It's by far the best curry bread I've eaten in the past few months d(*´ェ`*) The croissants are buttery and crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. It goes great with coffee (´ρ`) #Komusubi #ThousandThanks #Milmel-kun #natural yeast #Bakery #Curry bread #Croissant #bakery #Residential area #Not many pictures but delicious #Take-out #Possibility of revisiting
