A hard bakery that I think is the most delicious in Yamanashi. It's a small and cute shop, and all of the breads made with 100% domestic wheat and natural yeast are delicious! It has a nice aroma and a firm, chewy texture. It's a happy bread that tastes better the more you chew. Great compatibility with wine! This is the first time I've had an red bean butter sandwich (it was in the fridge).The balance of bread, butter, and red bean paste is perfect! It was the most delicious butter sandwich I've ever had, so I'm sure I'll be ordering it again. If you are going to the Katsunuma area, this is a must-try bakery.

I always stop by on my annual winery tour. This is a really delicious bakery with the aroma and texture of wheat. Maybe it's becoming more well-known, but there may be a line at times, but if you like hard food, wine, and cheese, come check it out❗

Exquisite! natural yeast bread I fell in love with chocolate sticks. There are surprisingly many types available, and all of them are delicious! The skin is thin and crispy, and the inside is soft and chewy. Much more delicious. Chocolat sticks are my number one! The chocolate harmonizes well with the cocoa dough...🍫 It's always delicious in your mouth, so just chew it thoroughly and you'll be full in no time (lol) I only bought a few sweet potato sticks and garlic & basil, but they're all delicious because the dough is delicious. There were 2 to 3 counter seats near the window inside the store. There are about 2 parking spaces in front of the store...
