[The dough is delicious! Warm bread and personality] “Welcome,” Mr. Mori no Ie says in a very gentle and warm voice. All of the breads have delicious dough, are not too sweet, and you won't get tired of eating them every day. Recommended items are the heavy melon bread and the cream bread filled with homemade custard. The mandarin orange bread and fresh cream coronet are my favorites. (Rye croissant is also recommended🥐) We also have side dish breads such as sandwiches, croquette bread, and sausage bread. In the morning, if we have leftover bread from the previous day, we sell it at a reasonable price. A collection of bread ears is placed in a basket, and it is placed cutely with the message, ``One per person please.'' You will be soothed by Tokigawa Town's slow and calm atmosphere and the sincere bread and owner. There is no eat-in location, so if you want to eat right away, we recommend the nearby riverside. *The soy milk bread is available only on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, and uses soy milk from Tofu Factory Watanabe. You can really taste the taste of soy milk. The soy milk rolls are sold only on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays at Tofu Kobo Watanabe. *Egg-free bread available There are salt bread, red bean paste bread, rye bread, white bread, roll bread, French bread, etc. Croissants don't use eggs in the dough, but they do have egg on top. *You can also purchase it at Fureai no Sato Tamagawa, although there are only a few types. *Parking is available in front of the store.
Today I visited Morinoie in the morning in search of some delicious bread (*´▽`*) I completely believed the word of mouth and visited at 6:00, but there was hardly any bread being baked, but when I asked the wife about it, she said that various kinds of bread would be available around 11:00 (;∀;) After spending about an hour in the car, I noticed that another product made with the same croissant dough as I was looking for was burnt, so I ended up buying one each (´ω`*) In particular, the freshly baked bread rolls were crispy on the outside and chewy and moist on the inside, making them a sure-fire dish for women! I really enjoyed the smell of wheat, probably because it was made with whole wheat flour (*´艸`) The pineapple and apple pies were delicious, but the sweet potato danish was just the right sweetness for me after a morning of driving (^_-)-☆ Next time I would like to visit you around 10:30 lol
