A local bakery in Tsukagoe. A shop that makes and sells products. You can find it by walking towards Wunan High School (north direction) from the east exit of Nishikawaguchi Station. It's a small store, so the product lineup is small. In addition to bread, they also sell cookies. I read the reviews that the egg sandwich was delicious, so I bought the mixed sandwich (230 yen including tax). I didn't see it as just an egg sandwich. (There was one with an egg sandwiched in the cuppe.) The bread was very soft, sweet and delicious. Of course, the other sandwich ingredients besides the egg were also delicious. There is a restaurant in the Kamiaoki area that has delicious sandwiches, but I thought this one might be better. If you like sandwiches, you should try this. There is no parking and payment is by cash only.

I believe that I can trust a restaurant that serves delicious egg sandwiches. Rather than using a commercial-grade egg salad base, it is made with finely chopped boiled eggs, which may seem obvious, but it is a valuable item. It's also great that the mayo is used sparingly and the fluffiness of the yolk is not lost. It tastes like something my parents would make for me when I was a child. It's not fancy by any means, but it's very delicious. The bread was soft and fluffy, while the peanut sandwich (brown bread in the photo) was chewy. I will go again.

My father used to visit there often when he was young, so I've been there twice before. The bread was sweeter and fluffier than any other luxury hotel, and even though I don't usually eat white bread, I finished all four slices in no time. I have no complaints about the side dish bread either. The bread itself is very sweet, so adding side dishes to it is irresistibly delicious. I would definitely like to go again.
