Visited on November 8, 2023. This is a bakery located less than 5 minutes from Minami Urawa Station. It's a small store. This is my favorite bakery, delicious and reasonably priced. Ancient bread: I like the crispy outside and slightly chewy texture, aroma, and sweetness you feel when you bite into it. I will definitely buy it if it is available. Caraway: It's a bit quirky, but I started liking it after the second or third time. I will definitely buy it if it is available. Olivier: I'll have beer snacks. Of course, it goes well with meals and snacks. The Bacon: Same as above. Bread ears: 14 pieces today! ! The bread you can buy varies depending on the time and timing. That's not bad either. I stopped by at noon on a weekday before going to Urawa Racecourse. There were 4 to 5 people waiting, and the store was full. An exciting lineup of various breads lined up little by little. Grape bread with rum raisins, moist and chewy dough with sour fresh raisins is delicious. The croissant has a pleasantly crispy texture and just the right amount of butter, giving it a great balance. The sweet melon bread and the sourness of raspberry are a genius! I will come again to buy tartare shrimp shumai France.
