I was attacked by a car just after 10 o'clock on a weekday. Having a parking lot is very helpful. I checked this store out of the many bakeries that are closed on Mondays. 1 car parked, 1 customer ahead. It was parked in the middle, so I didn't know where to park, so I parked near the apartment entrance. There are so many flowers that it looks like it's the 20th anniversary. enter Shop. I received permission to take a photo from the lady who was serving the previous customer, and I took the photo. There are also autographs from Yutaka Mizutani, Anju Suzuki, and Ijiri Okada. Only Ijiri is in a different genre, but that's okay. There are various breads lined up. Something you don't see much else. Salt bread (160 yen), Anpan with mackerel (160 yen), curry cheese mayo? The name is a bit vague, but it's thin and crispy (150 yen), Laputa bread (160 yen), open-faced sandwich with amber onion and cheese (160 yen), and rusk (160 yen). All prices exclude tax. I bought a little more because it's far from home. When I was leaving the store, I made eye contact with the owner in the back who looked like a craftsman, so I nodded, but he returned my nod. That kind of thing is important. Open-faced sandwich with amber onions and cheese. Long name. I cut out about 1/3 and copied it. It's quite hard. like. The sweet taste of onions sautéed until golden brown. Hmm, since the ingredients are only on the surface, I wonder if I can cut in and adjust the balance. Salt bread. I don't buy much, but whatever. Cut it in half and rip it off. I like the Seto salt on the surface. Inside is four-leaf butter. Just listening to the ingredients is luxurious. Use less butter. But it's delicious. Curry cheese mayo. Crispy. Rip it in half and copy it. The curry is just flavorful. But something delicious. I can't stop. I like it. Laputa bread. I've never made it at home. Yeah, just as you can imagine. After eating half each of the two types above, I ended up eating the whole thing. Hmm, is the bread delicious? Sorry...I should have bought some bread. The yolk is firm. Filled with crushed red bean paste. Hmm, gentle taste. Since the bean paste is folded into the dough, it doesn't feel heavy. There is no red bean taste, almost chestnut. Warm and sweet. A total and gentle taste. I was wondering whether to add salt or not, but I followed the store's instructions. It's important to limit the amount of salt. But 20 years as an independent store...that's amazing. I'm sure the cost of materials has gone up due to soaring prices, but this price...is amazing. This is the 20th anniversary and this is the 20th review. eh? One pace a year? Google Maps and Tabelog aren't everything though. There is a parking lot for people living nearby, so if you have a car, you should definitely go.

All the breads were carefully baked and cooked and were delicious. I felt that it was the culmination of many years of experience, ingenuity, and creativity.

This is a rare (probably the only) privately run handmade bakery in the city. I like sandwiches, grilled curry, mayo corn, and UFOs. I especially love the pizza bread, so I buy two of them (the toppings are as hearty as the thick-sliced toast, and the chorizo is a nice accent too). Please feel free to stop by.
