I have a wheat allergy, so I can't really eat bread made with wheat flour, but when I went into the store today, they had rice flour panini (2 types), so I bought them right away. I chose the one with tomatoes, but it also included my favorite tuna, which was delicious. This is helpful because the number of people with wheat allergies is increasing and it is really difficult to find a bakery that sells rice flour bread. I wish there were more stores that carry rice flour bread.
