Tiny little bakery, a tad pricey but not unreasonable. The interior is cute but so narrow! Customers stand single-file, so be prepared to wait outside if busy. Even so, the bread itself was worth the cramped quarters! The bread I had was a bit firm compared to typical Japanese bread, and not too sweet (these are both positive points for me). I tried the pumpkin filled bread, and the filling was probably one of the best custards I've ever had, it actually tasted like real pumpkin and wasn't overly sweet. I'll definitely be going back! (The cranberry bagel and cream cheese definitely caught my attention, maybe I'll have that next time). Edit 5/2020 - stopped back in for a visit, picked up the pumpkin bread again, and tried the sweet bean and custard filled bread. Despite the small size of the shop itseld the quality of the bread is undeniable so after some consideration I've upgraded the review to five stars since it seems petty to mark them down for the limited space, especially considering how often I come here.

[if you want to fill your munchies with delicious bread, come on! ! ] The store clerk greets you brightly. There was a wide variety of sweet breads and side dish breads, so it was hard to choose. I bought "Japanese-style mushrooms" and "melon bread" today, and I was able to pass the German exam without any problems. It's just good to fill your munchies, and it's a gentle taste. I felt that the melon bread at this shop was delicious, so I thought it would be delicious even if it was made into a melon bread rusk.

It's a small shop, but there was a wide variety of food and it was delicious. The price was relatively low, and I thought it was an affordable price given the recent soaring prices. The scones and walnut bread have become my favorites. The customer service was polite, and I didn't find it to be rude or sloppy like some of the reviews said. I don't know what kind of hospitality you are looking for in a bakery, but if you want to receive hospitality, I think it would be a good idea to go to Gargantua at the Imperial Hotel. The price will jump accordingly
