"Baked curry bread" 194 yen The bread is baked without oil and has a chewy, spicy roux with plenty of potatoes and carrots. “Sweet Anpan made from rice oil and sake seed dough” 172 yen The sweet bean paste has just the right amount of sweetness, has a good azuki bean taste and texture, and the bread has a slight aroma of alcohol. It's a small shop, so there aren't many types of bread, but each one is made with great care. All breads are made with homemade yeast made from rye and do not use yeast food. The sake seeds are aged at a low temperature for two nights using rice oil without using any shortening. Using kelp water in preparation deepens the flavor and reduces the use of salt and sugar. Everything was delicious. This is a shop where you can easily buy even just one loaf of bread. There are two parking spaces next to the store. It was a feast.

Before going to the 21st century forest and open space, I checked in advance to buy lunch. I found two parking lots on the left side of the store. I parked in the back because it was along the road, but it was easy to park because it was a street with not many cars. Cream bread, melon bread, strawberry jam bread, ham and cheese bread? I bought all of them and they were delicious. I bought 4 and it was about 700 yen. One was not big, so I ate all four in one meal. It was very delicious. I should have bought more... When I entered the store, I heard a voice from the back of the store, and the cashier was nice. After all, the atmosphere of the customer service is important, isn't it? It became a shop I want to stop by when I pass by again.
