Sakado, Saitama, Japan｜Happier（ハピヤ）

I went there for the first time after hearing about it from a friend. I didn't know where it was at first, but I was relieved when I finally found it after riding my bike around several times. I like hard breads and had several types, so I bought the three types shown in the photo. The band shrimp, the blue cheese bread (I don't know the name of it), and the tomato curry bread were all delicious and I was very impressed. I would like to try other breads next time.

This is a small bakery located in a residential area. There is a parking lot for one car a little further away. This is a hard bakery that is rare in this area. The owner seems to be busy, as he handles everything from making the bread to tending the store by himself. It was a great deal for 500 yen for a 6-pack of ``assortment of yesterday's leftovers,'' which was said to be limited to AM. Other breads felt a little expensive.

There aren't many types, there really aren't many, but the quality of each bread is high! The most delicious one was the bacon epi, which was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. I got the feeling that this is not a bakery that makes everything in one hand! I will definitely repeat🤌🏻🤞🏻🤰🏻
