Get your bread fix satisfied here! There orange bread is the food of the Gods.

I'm interested in German bread, so I visit the store on weekend afternoons. There were parking spaces for about 7 cars on the store premises. When I entered the store, there was a cash register in the center of the store, and there were various types of bread on the right side, but several were already out of stock. The left hand side seems to be an eat-in space. In addition to German breads, there were also everyday deli breads and melon breads. The price seems a little high, perhaps because of the yeast and dough characteristics. Purchased pretzels, raisin bread, cranberry cheese, Furchtebrodt, and melon bread. The pretzels were salty and the thin crust was chewy. The thick parts of the dough were chewy. Cranberry cheese raisin bread is also dense, sweet, and fluffy, but it has a chewy texture compared to commercially available bread. Fruchtebrodt is a type of hard bread that has an interesting and sour taste and is delicious. Melon bread is eaten by family members and has a stable taste. I don't know about side dish bread or melon bread, but the impression of other breads is that they have a chewy texture and a flavor that can only be found in bread. Overall it was delicious.

I often buy this rye bread because I want to take in dietary fiber from food as much as possible. Roggen with 100% organic rye and walnut broat with 50% rye. I think it's relatively easy to eat because the sourness is suppressed, but if you're not used to rye bread, try walnut broat first. Last Visited: 2023/07 Yamashoku bread with French wheat. It is crisp and has a strong wheat flavor. The buns of Kasukabe's hamburger shop "The goodies" are made from this dough.
