I went to see the real store once. I often go to Tomizawa Shoten in Umeda, but they have different powders than there, so I keep looking at them. Even if they don't have it in the store, if it's listed on the mail order site, they'll bring it out from the warehouse if it's in stock. The clerk is very kind. Speaking of greed, most of them came in 2.5 kg, but since I want to try different powders, I wanted 1 kg more. Is it a demonstration? I was actually baking bread using the bread baking equipment. How do you get that smell out? It would be nice if you asked me (lol)

A shop selling baking and confectionery materials. Dried fruits are a unique route, and many of them are very rare, and the quality is excellent. Although the price has increased a little, it is very conscientious and motivates me to make it. Highly recommended.
