I have had bread from many bakeries in Kyoto and Shiga, but I think Ferme's bread is the most delicious. I don't think it's a good idea to compare food to food, but it's a loaf of bread like medium fatty tuna in sushi. When toasted, it's crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. While I want more people to know how delicious this bread is, I really don't want it to become a popular restaurant any more. I am always grateful for your help!

Both croissants and Danishes have a good scent, and the layers are very beautiful, crispy and delicious. The sandwiches are also delicious! The people in the shop are also nice and it's even better.
