I came to my long-awaited bakery♪ The parking lot can accommodate about 6 cars. However, as per the reviews, the uphill slope at the entrance is amazing! The engine roars (lol) If you're scared, it might be better to park at the bottom of the hill. I had many conversations with the owner. I first visited this hard bakery that was particular about using natural yeast after learning about it from a friend. I'm particular about how to eat the baguette, so I've been growing it in the refrigerator for a week! I'm looking forward to receiving it. It's located in a location that is easy to overlook, but the slope at the entrance is steep, and once you reach the top, there is a parking lot and a cute blue shop will appear. I think it's worth trying the bread because the more you chew, the more you enjoy it. The owner also talked about things other than bread, He was such a friendly person that I couldn't believe it was my first time meeting him.

I went there for the first time, feeling a little lost. I was surprised at how much of a climb it was to get into the parking lot. The store will only allow one group at a time. When you enter the store, the friendly owner will teach you various ways to eat the bread and let you sample it. As a result, there is some waiting time, but I think that's because the owner wants you to eat delicious bread. The square bread has a chewy texture, and the subtle sweetness and wheat flavor are exquisite and delicious. I haven't eaten the aged baguette yet. However, when I opened the bag, I could smell the aroma of wheat, so I was looking forward to eating it.
