More Comments at Google MapThere are many bakeries in Moriyama City, but this was my first visit to KOBA-PAN. The store is relatively small and has a wide variety of breads. I bought a banana croissant, crescent (salt bread), and asparagus camembert. It was 961 yen including tax. Everything was freshly baked and delicious.
There are many types of bread, but there are only a few, so it can be difficult to choose which one to choose. It's good or bad, it's delicious, but it's not exceptionally delicious. At noon, young women were constantly making purchases. I agree. There is also a panel display for accounting, which is modern. You can also see inside the workshop, and it was a neat and tidy shop.
Out of all the bakeries nearby, I like this croissant the best. Even if it's plain, depending on the store you can get it with a stronger sweetness than you'd expect, and personally I don't like that kind of thing. Kobapan's is my favorite flavor, so I keep ordering it. I don't really eat sweet bread myself, so I focus on the non-sweet bread lineup when choosing a store. I really like the lineup of this store, and there are many kinds. I saw it in some web article, and it seems that they try to avoid using additives as much as possible, so I personally think that's a great thing.
