I started going to Bitsukuri when I was in my 20s 😊 The first time I ate there was a loaf of bread 🍞 that was stocked at a natural foods store (which no longer exists) that was near this store. I bought one to try, toasted it lightly, and ate it with butter. Crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside😮‍💨Wow, what a texture! It was the first time in my life that I encountered such delicious bread, and I still remember how impressed I was. Plus, it's a filling thing that regular white bread doesn't have! ? Even a small 1.5cm loaf of bread will fill you up. I think this is probably due to the dough becoming denser as it matures and the wheat and natural yeast ferment. 💧Is it because we use water, eggs, and yeast that are good for the body? The texture is crispy (if lightly toasted), the inside is chewy, and the aroma of wheat hits your nose in your mouth. There's a bread boom in the world🍞, and original breads are popping up all over the place, making them more versatile. I'm really sorry to be so rude, but in a sense, I thought there might be other delicious breads out there, and I've had countless affairs and visited countless bakeries. But for some reason, I've never met a bread that tastes better than this one! ️I finally stopped buying other breads to try. After hearing about the fermentation time of natural yeast bread (approximately 8 hours, it varies depending on the outside temperature and humidity), the baking timing, the selection of wheat and yeast, the effort, and the love🥰, I realized that it is natural that it is delicious. The score was right. Now, considering the calorie content, I spread this bread with naturally derived fermented soy milk margarine (available at Seisenkan Yamahiko Akao branch, Tofuya Mamezo Komono Terrace, and Yokkaichi Health Life Center). I think it's the best. (Other margarines that are banned in the U.S. are no longer available.)
