The dough is chewy and gives you a satisfying feeling. It also contains plenty of butter, so you can enjoy a rich breakfast. The baguette is also delicious. However, there are days when the baguettes are not baked, so it is better to make a reservation for the bread and check the baking time before going. Also, the bread is 3 loaves and costs ¥1300 per serving. It's heavy, so when I measured it, it weighed 1300g (surprise 🎵)...Please note that it is not sold as a single loaf. Regular customers seem to share their products with their neighbors, so bags are included with the purchase to allow for smaller portions. Next time I will also buy Koppepan.
