It was a shop like a small mountain hut. I bought Shine Muscat bread, freshly baked baguette, sweet potato bread, and French toast. It had a very sophisticated and delicious taste, and I regret that I should have bought more. I would like to stop by again when I travel. Thank you for the meal.

This is my favorite bakery. Even if the bread with sausage is cold, it is very delicious. Peanut cream bread is also seasonal, but the cream is exquisite. The staff at the store were also very pleasant, and I visited many popular stores in Hokuto City, but this bread is the most delicious.

I found it by chance when I went to Heidi's village. Even on a Friday afternoon, there was plenty of bread available. I ate epi and baguette, which are hard breads, and they were delicious without the sourness that is common with hard breads. This restaurant is reasonably priced and recommended.
