Donk is said to be the one who introduced French bread to Japan. That's why when I ate the classic baguette, it was a dish where you could really taste the aroma of wheat, unlike the chewy and bland breads that are common these days. It seems that Donku-san's dishes are made with the goal of ``a taste that you'll never get tired of no matter how many times you eat'' rather than exquisite dishes, and the ingredients are kept to a minimum. I see, that's how this strong, chewy crust is created, and I was moved to my heart's content. We recommend the almond pretzel. The crunchy almonds go perfectly with the crispy, sweet dough, and it's fun to eat as you trace the shape, trying to figure out how to conquer it. The melon bread is chewy and fluffy with just the right amount of seasoning, making you feel like you're the king.

I love Mini One's canelés so much that I buy them as a monthly treat.

There are many types, and I like corn bread and white bread. Hygiene is well taken care of.
