Nagoya, Aichi, Japan｜Kanie Bakery

Visited at 12:00 on March 31, 2023: About 15 minutes walk from Rokubancho Station. Apparently the shop is run by Kanie Seifun. There were also collaboration products with other restaurants, which I enjoyed.

I heard about it on a TV program and went there after 1pm on weekdays. I googled it but couldn't find it, so I passed by the second time... After passing through the Family Mart parking lot, there was a private parking lot (free of charge) on the left. The bread was very delicious as it is sold to famous luxury hotels. Not only the bread but also the collaboration products with Sugimoto and Gaburi Chicken were delicious. The most recommended is the white bread sandwich! Fluffy bread with plenty of ingredients! It tastes better if you soak it for about 20 seconds before eating. If I bought it without worrying about the price, it would have cost me more than 2,000 yen, but the quality and quantity are high, so I can understand it. Payment was in cash only. The store staff was polite and made me feel comfortable. It seems to be very crowded in the morning. It was empty around 1pm on weekdays. There was still plenty of bread available. Misen's bread was sold out, so I thought I'd try buying it next time.

The sales method was to put several of the same type into a bag. But it was delicious and it wasn't that big, so I finished it the next day and wish I had bought more. Sandwiches made in collaboration with other shops are expensive, but highly recommended!
