Nisshin, Aichi, Japan｜Bread Iwasakidai

I saw a photo of the restaurant in an information magazine and thought, ``I want to try it.'' The layers of bread are beautiful and artistic! The first time I went in the afternoon, it was sold out, so I went the next morning. It was a holiday from 9:00, so I was glad that I had received the store's business card the day before. Seasonal chestnut and pear bread! I enjoyed the taste with its refined sweetness. It smells good. The staff also had lovely smiles that made me want to come back.

My favorite bakery shop There is a parking lot next to the shop and it is easy to go by car. The entrance and exit are separated, so it is smooth and convenient. It was after 15:00 when I visited, so I was prepared for the lack of variety, but it was good to have the croissant I was looking for. Crispy and delicious! The shape was also very beautiful and I fell in love with it lol I'm thinking of going shopping in the morning. The clerk was also friendly and nice. It was a happy day to know that there is a bakery with a good atmosphere in Nisshin. 2023.7 Revisited. The olive focaccia, which I forgot to take a picture of, was excellent. Confirmed repeat. Cinnamon rolls are crispy. The sandwich was made with camembert cheese and dried tomatoes and went great with mustard. French bread dough is also delicious.

Parking is available next to the store. Stylish from the entrance...There are many different types of bread, all of which look delicious. I had the pain au chocolat and the croissant, and it was full of buttery aroma, crunchy on the outside, and chewy and fluffy on the inside...I want to eat it again!
