I've been here several times since it opened. I had high expectations because I was trained in bread stock and pariash, and the bread was as delicious as I expected. Last year's Amazon Cacao Stollen was the best. Looking at the reviews, there are still many comments about the customer service and operations. It seems like things are improving little by little... This shop was started by a husband and wife baker and a husband and wife barista. Is it because only bread has become famous that it's not doing well? The aroma of bread whets the appetite, and the aroma of coffee soothes. Is it possible that the aroma of bread overwhelms the coffee in the same shop, making the carefully brewed coffee less impressive? I feel how difficult it is to make both bread and coffee the leading role.
