More Comments at Google MapThis is one of the stores I saw on Hanasaki Times and decided to stop by when I was nearby. The husband is from France. I bought an authentic bucket! It was crispy and chewy on the inside. His wife was also very friendly and we talked a lot. I'll go visit again.
(2022/11/5 Saturday) It is located on the right side immediately after exiting the west exit of Meitetsu Shinkiyosu Station. The bakery is run by a French owner, and his friendly wife serves customers. Next month, they will be celebrating their 20th anniversary. It's been a while since I last went there, but they have a wide variety of items, and they're really delicious, including the hard breads and French breads I've been into lately. It was so delicious that I ate one French bread and 5 other breads in one day (^^; Last month, the new Kaizuka Museum in Asahi, Kiyosu City was reborn as the Aichi Asahi Ruins Museum, and this bakery will open a shop at the museum on November 19th. This bakery does not sell online or deliver, so please stop by and check it out. This is a recommended bakery (^^)/
I love the French bread from this shop. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, I could eat one by myself. I also recommend the melon bread as it's not too sweet and you won't get tired of it.
