Born and raised in Europe, and trying to avoid all the mochi, fuwafuwa snack breads here in Japan. Imagine my surprise at finding Entêté in my neighborhood. Whole grain, whole wheat flour and absolutely beautiful bread. The owner’s love and passion for bread can be felt in every loaf and mouthful. Happy that I don’t have to bake myself anymore, my weekly trip here is something I always look forward to.

I found a very delicious bakery that I like. In particular, the specialty Compre Bio is exactly what it looks like: the ingredients have a strong flavor and the crumb is chewy and moist. Just eating it alone will make you happy! This is the perfect bakery for those who like health-conscious breads.

A bakery that does not use white wheat or white sugar. The best shop that is kind to the body and delicious. Early hours are recommended because the fun of choosing is reduced when it is late.
