Popular opinion you cant find great breads in Japan. FACT Bakery Ku is putting up Amazing breads every day. Picked up a half loaf of shokopan that was so warm and fluffy that it was melting butter without even putting it in the toaster. Anbutter sandos so thick and creamy that you get a tooth ache just looking at it. Daily selections of fresh bread with thick cut ham & brie. It's hard to dislike ANY of the breads they have. Thier all really really really good.

Everything is delicious! It's different from a variety of glitter bakery, it feels like a super cutting-edge member bakery with a twist. I especially like the Dainagon and Chocolat S-shaped breads, and I will definitely buy them back. The baked sweets are also very delicious and beautiful, and there is a sense of this bakery! Stollen served during the Christmas season was enough to make people around the world want to eat it.

20211120 revisited This time too, I bought bread here before visiting Jiro-san. I fell in love with the bread here after going there for the first time, but they often sell out at the wrong time. This time, I bought a lot of different things and they were delicious! 20210919 First visit I visited there after Nihachi Soba Jiro as it was close by. The bread was hard, chewy and delicious on the inside. Definitely a repeat decision.
