Thank you for your hard work!! I go there every time when I am in Chiba. The organic stone ground wholemeal breads are exceptional. The flavors are complex and nicely balanced. The texture is (mochi mochi😍) but not sticky. The bread keeps for days. One of the very best I have eaten! The Brezels are so so good and best with butter, like I know from Germay (: Service comes from the heart! Very nice attentive and helpful. Keep the courage

The best pretzels anywhere in Japan!

Since I'm not close enough to buy it in person, I bought it online. I bought whole wheat bread and 100% rye bread. (You can get 10% off if you use the anytime delivery service, so it's a good deal.) The yeast for this bread is also homemade, so the list of ingredients is very simple. Whole wheat bread has wheat and salt, while 100% rye bread has only rye and salt. Comparing these two, the whole wheat bread was more moist and soft. Rye bread is often avoided because it is hard! sour! Since there is no such thing, it tastes a little sour, but it was very easy to eat. The enclosed document said that it can be stored at room temperature for one week in the fall and winter, and that storage at room temperature is recommended, so I stored both in paper bags at room temperature, but the rye had a lower moisture content than before. There wasn't that much, so after a few days it became so hard that I had to use force to cut it with a bread knife. So, if you won't be able to eat it all within 2 days, I think it's better to cut it all up first. Both breads are full of natural flavor and have a deep flavor. The bread was grown with care, so I savored it.
