my favorite bread of all time! truflle roll is a bomb! glad they have a shop here in Chiba. I first had this in Karuizawa. Hope, you can have a store in Yokohama soon! 🤭

Great little bakery. Like everything I've had there. I especially like rye bread. It's the closest to sourdough I have got in Chiba without having to go to Tokyo or order from Osaka. They also have a seating area to have a coffee. The coffee menu is simple, hot or iced coffee or latte/au lait.

Never judge a book by its cover…the plain looking salted truffle bun is amazingly good!!! No wonder it is limiting to 3pcs per person and sold out everyday hours before they close👍🏻
